Instant classic.  I was jaded and didn't want to like yet another cutesy Pixar movie.  But this wasn't too cutesy.  A little slow in a few places mid-way in but had parents of all ages and kids of many ages rolling.  Another big win for Pixar.  Congrats Brad Bird.
